Yes good game. Gaudete has a goal. Looks good so far. He most likely will sign at end of college seaso, his motivation will be to burn off a year of ELC. Like Boeser did last year. Scoring titles, NCAA championships, Hobey Bakers, none of that stuff was really on his radar. He just wanted a Beanpot. Being from Braintree, MA, you can understand why this is the tournament he grew up dreaming of winning. Obviously some hockey still to play, but man it would be nice to see him bring that dream to fruition. (And maybe even add a little more hardware before he’s done this season.) But Adam basically said a couple years back that, if he ever won a Beanpot, he’d be well satisfied with his college career and be more than ready to take the next step and go pro.
