Gaudette Celly
Mid-pack. The draft didn't change the rank of the pool (may even have dropped, with the low first and lack of 2nd), as the bigger factor will be how the prospects continue to develop from where they are now. Canucksfor2012
I think we lack in top end skill but we have a ton of depth We've definitely got some of the better depth in our prospect pool, but like you said very little top end talent.

TheHitman
Will have to see how Boeser plays at the NCAA level before making a ranking. Plus whether or not he actually signs with us.
higgyfan
We've definitely got some of the better depth in our prospect pool, but like you said very little top end talent. 2016 is going to be such a big year for this team. JB will pickup all kinds of nice pics when he trades several players at trade deadline. I also think we will have a high 1st rounder, as I don't think we'll be making the POs this season. JB has said he likes the 2016 draft better than this years. 1. Virtanen 2. Shinks 3. McCann 4. Demko 5. Boeser 6. Gaunce 7. Cassels 8. Corrado 9. Clendening 10. Right now i would have Boeser just outside our top5, behind guys like Baertschi, Virtanen, McCann, Cassels and Demko.

I'd expect Boeser to sign an entry level pretty soon. Isn't that what usually happens? Or maybe they'll pull a Mackenzie Stewart.

S N Y P E R S 7
That's a good list, but Fox ahead of Tryamkin? Not too high on Tryamkin. My list is based of likelihood of NHL success, and I am still very wary of Tryamkin.

Bert Diesel
No love for Boeser? He that bad? If you're referring to the previous post, he's ranked no. 4. He could climb up to #1 with a very strong College season. Hopefully he doesn't pull a Justin Schultz though. I'm sure the Nuck's did their due dilligence in the interviews. Could the OP change the title of the post to something less gramatically offensive?

wshdrvvn
I'd expect Boeser to sign an entry level pretty soon. Isn't that what usually happens? Or maybe they'll pull a Mackenzie Stewart. He'd lose his NCAA eligibility if he did so.
TOMapleLaughs
I'd say that this draft saw the Canucks total prospect group fall in relation to the rest of the league. Does anyone want to verify that? Thanks.
