Everyone needs to have a 23 man roster MINIMUM by the time season starts. Everyone will select "3" valued prospects they would like to hold onto. So in total, you will have 26 players. There will be FREE-AGENCY / TRADING before season starts to get your team ready. If I'm missing anyone, please post, or if a cap number is wrong.
