How many GMs does Linden get?

the so called experts have made up their mind. Canucks don't even need to play one game this year for these brilliant minds to know that canucks are going to fail miserably. Apparently trading a back up goalie sets your franchise back a decade. The out cry over the minor moves this summer is ridiculous....

I'm not trying to undermine Linden at all. I think he'll survive at least another GM. And I am not saying he has done a bad job at all.

I agree with some people hear that he came in as a PR guy (which I think he has done a pretty good job at) and it looks like his role in hockey operations is slowly expanding. I am merely trying to gauge how CDC sees his role now and in the future.

I do not think Linden came in as a pr. He brought Benning in, parted with Torts, analysed what good sports team have done for success and longevity to learn friends m them, brought some of the new management in, made some more management changes. As for how many GM's? I figure as long as Benning does well, who cares how many. But if GM position is weak, it'll depend on how Linden deals with it as to how many GM's he'll get.

Define fans? Most of these people are not fans. They are fair weather band wagoners at best.

Pretty hard to call someone posting on CDC in mid-July after a disappointing playoff exit to end the previous season a "band wagoner" or a "fair-weather" fan.
