1. Lose Yourself - Eminem

Every 15 year old's "pump up song" 3/5

2. Dear Insanity - Asking Alexandria

Somebody yelling in my ear for 4 minutes. Pleasent. 2/5

3. Video not available on my device

4. Sleepwalking - Bring Me The Horizon

Not bad. Had some catchy parts. Good production on the music video. 4/5

5. Stereo Hands - The White Panda

Rather bland beat and I think he goes off-beat at a couple points. 2/5

6. A Prophecy - Asking Alexandria

MORE YELLING AND TEENAGE ANGST 1/5

7. Lightning (ft. John Rzeznik) - Cash Cash

More up my alley. Your typical summer/festival house track. 3/5

8. Surrender - Cash Cash

Great tune. Pandoric always has great music. 4/5

9. It never ends - Bring Me The Horizon

Couldn't understand anything. Got stressed just listening. 1/5

10. Space Bound - Eminem

Really like this song save the hook. Really annoying guest vocals on a great song. 4/5

I guess Horvat.

Dune - 'Heiress of Valentina':

Sounds like a song that auditioned to be a part of the Drive OST, but Nicolas Winding Refn rejected it because it was too cheerful.

4.5/10

Galantis - Runaway (U & I) [Premiere]:

Generic electric pop song. Repetitive, but I didn't hate it. Would listen again with friends while high, if I actually did drugs.

5.75/10

R3hab & NERVO & Ummet Ozcan - Revolution (Audien Remix) [OUT NOW]:

Pretty generic EDM song again. Loses a point for epileptic editing and obvious product placement for Monster in the music video.

4/10

Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman X Steve Angello - Payback (Original Mix):

Ugh

2/10

Arty - Around the World:

1.5/10

Jeremy Olander - Let Me Feel (Original Mix)

1.5/10

Kanye West - Flashing Lights ft. Dwele

Not too much to say about it. Didn't mind it, but nothing wowed me about this song. RIP Black guy in the trunk though.

6/10

Secret - Maroon 5

I'll be honest with you guys. I have a big soft spot for Maroon 5. I love a lot of the songs from "Songs About Jane", but I didn't dig this one. Just a plodding, boring song.

4.25/10

Summary:

I don't like EDM and House.

I'll guess it was GFY's mix.

Ke$ha - All That Matters

Very repetitive and I hate Ke$ha
2/10
Demi Lovato - Cool for the Summer

I liked you better on Camp Rock
"Don't tell your mother" you're 23 years old, Demi
Overall very annoying would not listen again
1/10
Scooter - Maria (I Like It Loud)

Good hype track, I like when he goes "dup dup dup"
Also gains a point for being German
7.5/10

Hatiras - The Anthem

Boring, felt like this would never end
I don't like this type of music at all
Try having lyrics next time
2/10
Who Da Funk - Shiny Disco Balls

Whispering was annoying
It was okay
5.5/10

Icona Pop - I Love It ft. Charli XCX

I don't.
5/10
Ke$ha - Out Alive

Another one?
Essentially the same song as the first one
2/10
Skrillex - Summit ft. Ellie Goulding

Got pretty good when Ellie came in but the rest sucked
4/10
Average Rating: 3.6/10

Guessing MikeyBoy for no good reason

1. Denzel Curry - Gankin

- 4/10

- Decent opening track to the mix.

- Had a distinct "horror rap" feel

- Not a lot of connection personally to it though

2. Skepta - It Ain't Safe

- 7/10

- Guy reminds me of Bobby Shmurda if Bobber were in his 30's. Or at least the video does.

- The hook/chorus was simple but catchy

- The melody in the verse (the industrial-esque bass) reminds of something that would be used in a NIN/Filter/Ministry song, so pretty cool.

3. Xavier Wulf - Roronoa Woe

- 2/10

- Too simple, too amateur

- Way too long of an intro which leads to an inevitable letdown.

- Not much else to say

4. Denzel Curry - N64

- 5/10

- Good flow overall

- Drake-esque beat and melody, sans the RnB singing

- Piano that creeps in complements it well.

- Good use of sampling as well.

5. Big L - Put It On

- 6/10

- Automatically reminded me of something retro from the 90s, which is always sick.

- Very underground feel.

- Basic but good chill track.

6. Xavier Wulf - Wulf Titan

- 8/10

- Definitely redeemed himself on this track.

- So chill and relaxing.

- The old school hip-hop drum sampling fits very well.

7. Xavier Wulf - Excalibur

- 5/10

- Catchy I guess but nothing that pops

- Flow is below-average. Seems he cheated on this track.

- Hook is decent though.

8. Denzel Curry - Threatz

- 5/10

- I liked the melody, very unique, complemented with a weirdish, off-beat time signature.

- That said though, melody does seem like something that was made on Garage Band

- Reminded me of Versace.

9. Migos - Goin Down

- 4/10

- And then they appear on this mix.

- Too much incoherent screaming and shouts for me.

- Okay track but seems unorganized.

10. Rich The Kid - On My Way

- 6/10

- Decent track to end the mix.

- Piano intro and use of piano samples sound good.

- A lot of shout rap/Meek Mill'n on this track, so a bit annoying.

- Speaking of Mill, "I was on my way" the way it's being said reminds of me of "I was running thru the 6ix"

- Has a feel of a bunch of friends getting together and spitting bars for jokes. Perhaps, that's what actually transpired.

Overall, I say 6.5/10. Obviously very underground, so its expected to see inexperience and other limitations in comparison to bigger named artists and more popular rap. But it did expose me to guys like Denzel Curry and Xavier Wulf, who I didn't know much about, if anything and I was able to hear some really raw, organic, grassroots rap, if that makes sense.

Based on what's gone on in the thread, which has included several wrong guesses and one clue given, I'll guess Horvat.

1. Primal Scream - Loaded: 6.5/10 - Great groove. Kinda long, but it's got good vibes. It does get old, though.

2. Little People - Basique: 6/10 - One of those mixes you'd bump down Main Street or really anywhere in a city.

3. Nightmares On Wax - You Wish 7/10 - Groooooovy. More car music.

4. LIGHT LIGHT - Kilo 5/10 - The chords sounds like the Doc Who theme imo. Drums are hot. Beat is hot. First verse vocals almost wreck it for me, but the chorus brings it back

5. The Rolling Stones - Heaven 2/10 - I like the beat. Vocals aren't my favourite by far, pretty much kill the song for me. Not getting good vibes from it either.

6. David Bowie - Station to Station 7.5/10 - Not really up to par with other, better Bowie songs (Life on Mars, Space Oddity) at first, but not bad overall. The stomp of the keyboard(?) does get kinda old, but then the vocals come in and makes it better. So good.

7. Ty Segall - Oh Mary 5/10 - Don't like the cover :P. Bad vibes from this song, but other than that, not bad. I like it - kinda.

8. Gary Davis - Death Don't Have No Mercy 6.5/10 - Has a nice feel to it. Vocals are great. Strings are kinda twangy, but overall it's good.

I'd guess GFY, but the last half disagrees. May as well go with Kaz.
