filthycanuck
Any thoughts on Hertz? I bought in at 2.67 and cashed out on 5.25 but premarket its in mid 6s. Is this just pure hype? Its really tempting to go back in with my initial but i keep thinking the bottoms gonna come off since they filed ch

Both floating at $58 pre-covid. Then I noticed on Wednesday DAL was lagging $8 behind LUV and airlines were all the buzz.. That's all I needed.. Same with my call last night on AZUL.. Another stock that was lagging behind the rest of the airlines and today was up 35%. -------------------------------- Talk of the town tomorrow is Retail and Hotels.. JWN (Nordstrom) was $41 pre-covid and is currently at $23. That's 44% left to run back to normal. Then you look at American Eagle.. $14.80 pre-covid and current is $13.06 Sure looks like JWN has some room to run ?!?! AriGold2.0
Tomorrow is the IPO for Vroom - VRM https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200608005794/en/Vroom-Announces-Pricing-Initial-Public-Offering IPO will be $22.. Comparable - Carvana currently trading at $113 Carvana - 2019 revenue $3.94B Vroom - 2019 revenue $1.19B Vroom does 30% of Carvanas business but has an IPO at 19% of Carvana value. 11% tells me it could run anywhere from $8-$12 with very little downside on pure valuation. A couple recent covid IPO's haven't hit the gate running as well as I thought they would. Had VRM circled but I think I might buy in before closing bell tomorrow or pre market Wednesday. Let the hype die a little. Of course I could risk this one running out of the gates, in which case I won't chase.

They're presenting at the German conference on Wednesday and I'm sure IVECO will be join them, or at least be part of the presentation. Friday will be an almost guaranteed pullback. Friday's are usually bad but especially so for NKLA.
