Bocivus
Part of the government's welfare program for the praetorian class of police, customs, corrections, and other related agencies in the law enforcement complex... No doubt. Where there is money to be made and power to be kept/gained you can bet that bottom piece of debt paper that it will be taken. Especially at the expense of the rights and freedoms of us serfs and peasants. The irony of out extorted (tax) money from the citizens is used to enslave them is priceless. And not only are the vast majority ok with it, they practically beg for it.

Realtor Rod
This chart is right except for the anti anxiety thing on the sativa side. As someone who works at a licensed producer, we do not recommend high thc sativas with people with preexisting anxiety problems... So low thc but higher ________? kyledude
I heard they can have the medical benefits of this while having the THC removed. Doesn't that solve the issue here? No - the THC is what these people are paying for. You might as well suggest taking the alcohol out of beer - perhaps then you could actually save lives. Just legalize it already. Why are the RCMP so hell-bent on putting harmless people in jail? In an era where prescriptions are like candy and the black market dominates, prohibition of anything is ridiculous. The laws only serve to protect people who profit from illegal behaviour - which, sadly, also includes federal institutions. Read this article about Mitch McConnell's drug dealings: http://countercurrentnews.com/2015/09/americans-want-congress-members-to-prove-they-arent/ The corruption in that country is downright scary - coming soon to a riding near you.
