It is illegal to possess it, as much as it is illegal to manufacture it. Because in our digital age there is no such thing as privacy, there is no excuse. The potential for manipulation, abuse, and personal harm is far too great. This is why the consequences should be serious. Hopefully, this will cause others to think twice about crossing that line. Because once that picture is taken, it is too late. No matter how private the moment was.A picture is just a picture. What would you call it if he took a photo of her face and shooped it onto the nude body of an adult? It's not quite that black and white, right?
