4-2 Flames.

Realistically, I don't expect our team to bed in for at least 6 games. I suppose I could say 5-0 Canucks but who would believe a score like that? We are in transition and early transition at that.

If we do better than a 2 point difference I will be delighted.

I would love for nothing more than utter humiliation of the Lames on their turf. I think if we can win this with confidence, it will show us what we should expect most of this season.

However, this is the real world and I think they don't want to be shut out on home ice. I expect a gritty game with an empty net goal by the boys in white and blue. 4-2!!

Virtanen out? That seems odd given he should be getting his 9 games. No point sitting him, unless he's hurt or they plan to have fireworks with ferland and they want veteran fighters.

McCann and Virtanen will take turns. Virtanen will probably get the start in front of the home crowd in the home opener seeing as he's a local kid.
