Seriously though, it's all about deploying smart players with speed.Burrows, Sutter, Horvat, Hansen, McCann, Vrbata, Gaunce. Hell even Dorsett.That's four pairs of forwards that you rotate with 1 D-man. Either Tanev, Hutton, Or Bartkowki or Weber (depending on how they're playing and the forward pairing.Sorry but the Sedins and Edler should not be out in overtime. They don't have the mobility. All teams have to do is force them to give up the puck and then they're off to the races the other way. This format just doesn't compliment their game. If you`re going to say you only want to see the young players in positions that they can succeed, and then they don`t do anything to deserve benching, they should be played in your 4 line rotation, correct? Being benched is a punishment. It should not apply to players that are playing within the system and playing well.1 point is a good result after that 1st period, but after 2 periods, that game was ours to lose.
