Still, it would be interesting to know what they did cost, and what they were hoping to learn from the test. I don't think they'll share all that info with us though.No, $37 million US dollars is the current price of a new Trident II missile without payload. The purpose of the test was to test the weapons systems onboard the USS Kentucky (the Ohio class ballistic missile submarine that launched the missiles).
