I play all the time..but lately I havent had much luck...until yesterday...I played a few draws of KENO and won $3500.00...and I played again today and won $1000.00 ..over the last year I have won 17,000.00 in keno...but I play alot as I say...and I play the bonus which doubles the prize.  Yes..I go through dry spells...2 months since I won last  but in all honesty over the last 3-4 years I have won around 50,000 on Keno...I kid you not.

The question is, how much did you spend to "win" that $50,000?

$50 on a scratch and win.

I don't gamble at all cause I can see what it does to people.

One of the tenants I share a house with, he makes over 2 grand a month but blows it all at the casino and can barely get by.

I work at a convenience store, so I see the regulars that come every week for their lotto ticket. They pour hundreds of dollars every month, but celebrate when they win. It's truly a sad thing to witness. My dad has been playing 6/49 every week for over 10 years and I can't remember when he won anything more than a couple hundred bucks.

I hate how stores post pictures of winning tickets they have sold. It gives false hope.

Outside of the lottery, my mom won around $1k at a Royals game in the 50/50.

A few years back, when they were new, I won an Xbox 360 in a raffle. Cost me all of $2.

$10 and I was a regular player....was being the key word.  I ran a lottery kiosk for a few years and saw, first hand, the odds in action.  I still play now and then, but not on a regular basis.

I did win $800 at the track on a $6 triactor.  I also played Bingo once...I was the noob and all the regulars were seething when I won a progressive jackpot that had been buillding for weeks.  It was very much a who the hell is SHE deal.  I was a mess, missing numbers and as I got caught up I realized I needed one.  Then they called it and everyone shot death glares at me.   LOL

not my biggest win but the oddest was I bought a 3 dollar scratch ticket that had 4 chances to win...I won 3 dollars on all 4 games for a total of 12 dollars.

I kept the the ticket instead of cashing it in cause i thought it was pretty neat.

most i ever won was under 100, i think it was a 50 or 75 dollar scratch win.

I think I was about 12 the first time I bought one. (Scratch n win)  Won 10$.

have never won more than 10$ though I don't buy them often.

similar thing happened at the roulette wheel.  I was about 18 and I bought 20$ in .50$ chips.  Got up about $800 and quit at 660$ winnings.  Winning first time out gets ye hooked though:P

$1300 on Toto NFL last year.

DraftKings, Won $200 on NHL.

Scratch Ticket, nothing over $20

6/49 or Lotto Max, nothing over $20

Edit: My Cousins (2 of them on a ticket) won 1.3M in New Brunswick and my Grandfather has won on Gold Rush 3 or 4 times, $10,000 each.

i love how people say "I won $500 at the tables last night". Forgetting to mention they lost $800 to get to that point.

Better off going to Vegas to gamble. I do well on the sports gambling there and watching the games keeps me out of trouble for a good part of the day anyhow.

Biggest lotto 649/max win? Probably $20 or something.Im sure im gonna win the $60 million this Friday though.Ill almost be able to afford a house in Kits with that much cash.

But your already down a thousand before you get there unless you drink your weight in alcohol.

2 grand a month is 24k a year. I would be struggling to get by also and I can see why they would be at the casino.
