brilac Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 Live life simpler: Cut down on spending such as taking the train or busing up to Vancouver instead of flying. Eating in instead of out. Making coffee at home instead of going to Starbucks. It's sad when the Baristas at many locations remember my name, and say - It's " " right?" Buy what I need and use what I have. Cut down on shopping, such as not clothes shopping for 30 days and see how I do, and maybe not clothes shop for a year if not shopping for 30 days works out. Eat more organic and stop buying processed foods, but I do love dessert and wine, and is there is organic wine. Spend more time outdoors, really enjoy nature. It would be fun to do a New Years Resolution such as not buying anything new for a year. Also I would like to lose 20 pounds. I used to be thinner a few years ago, and looked great in everything. My diet is a work in progress, and I mean a work in progress, but I am sure I can make by diet better and stick to it. Link to comment
