[Proposal] 3 places the twins could go in my opinion

Recommended Posts

Sedin's plus rights to hamhuis to Detroit

for

Tatar,Marchenko,Tyler Bertuzzi,1st and 4nd

Sedin's plus rights to Hamhuis to NYR

for

Kreider,McIlrath,Adam Tambrllini plus a 1st and 3rd

Sedin's plus Sbisa and rights to Vrbata to NYI

for

Linus Soderstrom,Parker Wortherspoon,Hamonic,Bailey plus a 1st

All 3 trades could help a team be better fast and makes a season that every team will be watching.Doing this would help us a little now and give us cap room for someone like Staal or whomever, but also will help us in the future 2 to 3 years!Much faster retool and build!

I think Nashville is the best place for them to be honest.

We keep 50% of their salary. We can do well with them.

Try to get Kevin Fiala, Ryan Ellis, NSH 1st 2017.

I don't think we will get the return you're expecting for them. We're limited based on salary cap and that will bring their value down IMO.

that could be true but I only said this in case they do not like the way the team is going,or we get a good fair offer like I have said.If the greatest player of all time was traded twice doesn't mean the twins will stay and for me I'd rather get something for them then not,Bure was traded,Linden was traded and to me both were as good if not better then the twins!

Detroit want another run as most players are not what they were and the twins would help them have 3 lines that could score every shift, the rangers AV would love to have them and same 3 lines that could score every shift, the islanders in my opinion that would make them better then the Caps are now,so if you look at the teams then it is possible and sure they would give it a good thought!

We need the Sedins during this transition. Every team needs a couple of reliable vets to help the young guys as they grow into big time players.

The Sedins are the only vets we have that are worth keeping. Having redundant vets sets a terrible example. eg. Prust.

I agree. Keep their leadership and possibly leave them available at expansion draft, but thats a discussion for another thread.

We all saw the market this year, older guys with high contracts are the worst currency.

Salary Cap room is the most valuable trade bait, we wont get anything close to value in a trade involving the twins.

So true, yet seemingly so hard to understand.  If we could give the Sedins away, we could sign Stamkos, and then sign Lucic with the help of  Vrbatas space. There is value is in that cap space.

Anaheim has 7 million in cap space right now and Perron, McGinn, Horcoff, Stewart, and Santorelli are all coming up as free agents.  It is as perfect a fit, a nice team, nice weather, nice town. Bieksa and Kesler can act as a welcoming committee.  Sedins could do second line duty and Kesler could dominate on the third.  The Ducks would give us back  a first round pick at least, or maybe Ritchie.

With our top three pick this year, we would be set to move forward

Lucic- Stamkos- Hansen

Baertschi- Horvat- Tkaczuk

Ritchie- Sutter- Dorsett

Gaunce- Granlund- Etem            McCann-Virtanen-Boeser to Utica                  Vey-Burrows-Higgins???

Edler   Tanev

Tryamkin Hutton

Sbisa  Biega

Hamhuis Pedan

This lineup is not soft.
