I wonder what is going through Hamhuis head. He is getting older and declining in play, also rejected his chance at the playoffs. Hopefully he is happy.

He did give them a couple teams they could trade him to that he felt were contenders, management just couldn't get it done... Better than what Kesler did. I have trouble faulting a guy who is so dedicated to his team that he wants to stay no matter what. Kesler couldn't get out fast enough.

according to Freidman they had offers from Pittisburgh and Boston but yours truley was like nah. He can stay here and be a player that never wins a cup and continues to decline.

If they handed out Stanley Cups for most passes on the PP, we'd be a dynasty.

Good energy by the most guys but the PP sucked the life out of the Nucks again and now Edmonton showing some life.  Could have killed their confidence with  a PP goal.  Instead, no shots on 2 PPs.

Why are you trying to win, Canucks?

Just let them win already. It's their own building... win win for both.

They are trying to win a imaginary stanely cup for the summer. Burn baby Burn baby let the tire fire called the Canucks' burn. Benning and Linden just putting more tires at the tire fire.

This game feels like a bad game of shinny played between two beer league teams.

All the Alumni in the stands must be wondering why the bothered to attend. Coffee commenting about how no one does events better than Edmonton and when they get back to the hockey game, it was like a mausoleum in the rink.
