Komarov is such a frustrating guy to play against. Will never drop the gloves, which makes it that much more annoying for guys.

Nobody better drop the gloves in this game unless they want to serve a suspension during the next IIHF event.

Finland has us right where they want us.  Same plan as against Russia. Let us get tired out early, even out-shooting and allowing a first goal to give us a sense of accomplishment.

Those whale molesting, fish eating cowards!!:lol:

Will an undisciplined Brad Marchand be this team's Achilles heel with his dramatics giving officials more than enough grief to penalize or misinterpret? It's hard to change ones stripes & identity from NHL Bruins colours. Wait for it! Just shut the hell up and play Brad. It's the IIHF - not some enabled cesspool for bad-boys like the NHL.

Morgan O'Reilly constantly gets caught making bad pinches.

Think you mixing names. There is Morgan Rielly and Ryan O'Reilly.

Rielly and Tanev have actually been in best pairing in the tournament. They have very few goals against and have allowed the fewest chances in the tournament.

Cuz Tanev is a defensive rock! Reilly is very lucky & fortunate to be partnered with him out there. Tanev is tallying plenty of reliability-reputation points for himself in this tournament, much like Hamhuis did.

Reports out of Finland estimate that over 3 million people watched the Semifinal game between Finland and Russia at the IIHF World Championships.

Finland has a population of just under 5.5 million.

That's pretty amazing to be honest

But, unlike the NHL, IIHF refs know how to police a game so the players don't have to.  Komarov goes off to the sin-bin. Just desserts. Perry & Marchand better keep their big noses clean & not give these up-start vikings an opportunistic in.

You clearly haven't watched much of this tournament. They have been extremely frustrating. Inconsistent calls throughout.

Canada needs to clean it up defensively and can't give the refs any opportunities to stack the penalty count. It happened against Finland and looked like it might on the way to happening in this game for a while.

Knowing it was going to happen doesn't make it any easier to take.
