diesel_3
I have thousands of cards (RC, Jersey, Auto, Memorabilia, Serial #) I've been collecting since I was 5...My mom went out and bought the complete set of 1990-91 Upper Deck, gave half to me and half to my sister. She was teaching us how to learn responsibility and organization, we carefully put them in the binder sheets in numerical order making sure we didn't bend the corners...I still remember thinking "Why am I trying to collect pieces of cardboard" My most recent purchase is a 9.5 Beckett graded Connor McDavid Rookie Card. Primal Optimist
Funny, I just this season began to collect hockey cards again after literally 30 years of adulting. I got the entire Tim Horton's hockey card set except for about 18 of the specialty cards....i will buy them online I think in the offseason. I then collected the Upper Deck series one, complete set and working on series two for this season...I will at a minimum get those ones every year I hope. Fun stuff
BCNeil
I collect Parkhurst cards from the 50s. Have about 400 graded cards and 100 non graded.

Fun stuff It is alot of fun and addicting as well..I had many cards and even mopre when my father passed away a couple of years ago....I got him into as well..lol...I got rid of them all not long after he died as there was just to many...I had some good ones but the problem with cards is no one wants to buy them unless you have a Bobby Orr rookie card or something similar..so they just build up...a friend of mine was remodling his basement about 6 years ago and he tore down a wall and found a stash of hockey cards... and 1 was a Bobby Orr rookie...I think at that time it was valued over ten grand...I have no cards now but my main hockey possession is my autographed book of the late Punch Imlach..met him back in the early 80s..great coach..back when the Leafs were a cup winner....he was also coaching Buffalo when they won the infamous spin of the wheel against us in our first year and took Gil Perrault and we got Dale Tallon...he said he would have taken Tallon with the second pick if we took Perrault
Guest
I have a few hundred. I've just started getting into collecting them again over the past year. The majority of those have been random Canucks cards from ebay lots
ReggieBush
My dad gave me his collection of about 3k cards, from the late 70's on. 3 Gretzky RC, Mario RC, Bossy RC he got signed at the 82 cup final, and a Orr Chicago card which I find pretty cool. My collection is about 5k, hasek jersey auto, St. Louis jersey, Crosby Auto, both sedins RC in mint condition. I was obsessed with collecting cards as a child, I use to get the tins as a gift for any occasion for a 5 year period
Jaku
My most valuable card I have is my signed Pavel Bure card. I also have 3 signed Bo Horvat cards, one rookie, one team canada, one sophomore season. This one may not count but I have a Rick Rypien card with the piece of paper he signed for me framed. I also have a signed Travis Moen card. As for the rest of my collection, i have two D ring binders with card sleeves filled. Then a small binder with more card sleeves filled, and then I have a banana box filled, and then a smaller box filled... So maybe 2500-3000 cards? Maybe more. HC20.0
I have a smaller collection, but a few little gems. Michael Sauer autographed card.(I know, who?), Todd Bertuzzi autographed card, Jere Lehtonen and Georges Laraque 2007 jersey cards. My prized one though is Crosby's official 2006 upperdeck rookie card. I also have an MVP Crosby Rookie as well.

thejazz97
I used to have over 3k. Favourites are Nick Schultz and few others I might post at another time.
Rocky Balboa
I have a splattering from the 70s, lots from the 80s and a bit from the early 90s. I think most were Opee Chee and Top Deck? I also remember trading away a Brett Hull rookie card for a bunch of Transformers My brother was pissed off...ironically though...those G1 original transformers are worth more than that card now. Fun stuff I also got into the hobby again after about 2.5 decades off. Collect Series 1/2 Young Guns mostly. I send my best cards to Beckett to get graded and slabbed. Highlights from my collection: Gretzky Topps RC 7.5 Erik Karlsson BGS 10 Tavaras BGS 10 Hedman BGS 10 - black label (well technically I got it graded before they came out with Black Labels, but it has all 10 subgrades). I pulled 3 McDavid's that I still need to get graded.

I have approx. 800 cards I have mostly the same cards, or at least my wife does - it's more her hobby than mine. She collects rookies by the lines, so she has Gretzky, Kurri, and Semenko rookies. Then she has some strange combos too: Sittler, Tiger, MacDonald. Do yours still smell of the cheap gum? It's amazing how that smell continues to linger, so many years after she got the packs. Tre Mac
Most of mine melted together It was a fun hobby back in the day. Seeing some pale ghost in roller blades in California thinking 'Who is this Payvil Burr guy?' And also getting literally a Michel Pivonka card in every pack: Wont let me post a pic but if you collected Upper Deck in the early 90's you'll remember that ugly mug. Spoosh
This other topic on Gretz rookie card got me all sensitive and I had to take a look at my old collection of cards. Here are a few of my favorites from back in the day. Mogilny, Bure, McLean, Linden... I wish I had the time and the energy to devote myself to collecting cards again.
