Easily the Sharks. I have more faith in Jones than Elliott and I feel like the Sharks have a better core of forwards. Although the Blues have a nice d-core, the Sharks' is more dynamic.

Two deep teams.. very similar reg season & PO history(past 2 decades). Agreed it goes long(7 games probable, with a few in OT).

Pulling for the Blues. Their D & GT is slightly better. Offense, I'd edge to the Sharks.

If SJ wins, their 1st pick to Bos slides further. :^)

Elliott is arguably the reason the Blues even made it by the Hawks. Blues probably have more experience and you can count the number of wins the Sharks have in WCF games on one hand. I know it's been 15 years since St. Louis has been to one, but they beat the defending champs and the #1 team in the West.

They beat the #1 team without their #1 center. Seguin wouldn't have helped much in game 7, but there probably wouldn't have been one had he been able to play.

I want St.Louis to win this series, but I just don't see it happening with the way the Sharks are playing.

Before game 7, St. Louis had a 6-1 win and a 4-1 win, so I doubt Seguin would've changed those outcomes. You could say that Seguin would've helped Dallas in the OT loss, but then if St. Louis lost that game, you never know who would've won the game after that... there's no way to tell and there's never a safe assumption to make, other than that having Seguin wouldn't have made them worse.
