Bo did a little 'Ask-Me-Anything' session on the Canucks' Twitter yesterday. Didn't see this posted anywhere... sorry if I missed it.

PSA: All credit to @THEcommandomando on Reddit! Go check out /r/Canucks if you haven't!

"Here are all the Q&A's i found on twitter, I figured i'd copy them here to save you some time. (sorry couldn't be bothered to note the usernames)

Favorite old time player ?

I was a @DetroitRedWings fan growing up, so I liked Yzerman, Zetterberg & @Datsyuk13. Thrill to play against them.

Where and who are you training with this summer and what are your goals?

In London at @TPHCan. Right now my focus is on improving my speed and quickness, and overall agility.

What’s your favorite road arena to play in?

Montreal and Toronto are great. As a road city, I like New York, but it's too busy for me.

Is a hotdog a sandwich?

No, it's not a sandwich. It’s a hot dog! How can a hot dog be a sandwich?!

Who is the funniest guy in the locker room?

Tie between @Twigy15 (Dorsett) & @aburr14 (Burr) and that's all I'm saying!

What is favourite thing about Vancouver?

The scenery is amazing, I love the lifestyle and how healthy @CityofVancouver is and our great #Canucks fans!

Favorite 3x music artists?

Florida Georgia Line, Dallas Smith, Drake.

If you weren't in hockey what other professional athlete could you see yourself being?

A baseball player. I never played growing up, but I love baseball. Shortstop maybe? Any interest @BlueJays?! ;)

If you were going to Antarctica for three weeks what 3 things would you bring?

A snowsuit, cell phone and some food? And Gus.(his dog)

Who is your current favorite NHL player?

. @JonathanToews - he has a lot of heart and he's a true leader

Favorite TV show

Big fan of @Suits_USA . I'm all caught up, what a show. I love How I Met Your Mother as well. Not a huge TV guy tho.

How has your nhl experience been so far and what has been your favorite moment?

Scoring my first NHL goal. It’s framed on the wall at home in Vancouver. What a moment.

What do you think Canuck fans should be looking towards the most?

Our young talent. @tdemko30 for sure, I roomed with him during development camp summer of ’14. Great guy.

Do you support any other sports teams, who?

For sure. Definitely @BlueJays & @Raptors!

...That is all..."

What a guy.

Thanks,

Jib

Man im so glad this guy is part of our organization.  Every now and then i need to be reminded that you dont need a top 3 pick to win a championship.  Bo is that reminder for me.

That settles it. Getting a horvat jersey next season.

Horvat at 9, Boeser at 23, McCann at 24, Demko at 36... maybe you don't need to tank after all... ;)

Didn't think Dorsett would have been a top choice for funny guy in the room. Great to know he is on burrows level.

I think that kind of tells you a bit about the intangibles we don't see that Benning does. I'm fine with Burr back for 1 more year vs. getting nothing back for him or retaining 1/2 his salary if the young guys are benefitting from him being there.

Looking at 3 to 5 I really think any of Jesse P, Tkachuck or Dubois could be easily pencilled in at #3 in the draft. They all bring something different and kind of make an awesome line all on their own.

Totally, these intangibles while rebuilding are invaluable IMO

From what I have heard, the only real reason why there is such a massive difference in perceived value between top 3 and the rest of the pack is due to NHL-readiness, so who knows. That would be a badass line tho!

After watching Hutton emerge this year I'm not even sure what "NHL readiness" means anymore! No one saw that coming. I don't think Tkachuk or Dubois are guys you'd slot in on the top line from day 1 like TO will with Matthews, but I can see JB getting them into a lot of games later in the year if things go well in Utica.

Bo also blew 'NHL readiness' out of the water and surpassed everyones expectations in year 1 - it's more than possible that one of the tier two players cracks a team, I hope whoever we draft pushes for a spot! I LOVE INTERNAL COMPETITION!!!!!

Dubois or Tkachuk in Utica? Doesn't work that way.

Either would come to training camp with a legitimate shot at making the Nucks, though. No need to rush, but I'd say either would be as "ready" as a 19 year old Jared McCann...

My favourite part of this is seeing Bo singing the praises of Thatcher. Teammates know when a goalie is special, because it's in practice when you really see it. You've seen the saves he makes in big games, imagine the ones he makes in practice.

I remember the LA Kings players saying that about Quick during his Conn Smythe performance: "Yeah, he's making some unreal saves for us, but if think those are good, you should see what he does in practice"

Wouldn't that be year 2 (from the draft)?

Except they'll either be in junior or on the big club from the beginning of the season.

You're correct, my bad, but he surpassed expectations all the same! :)

Jeez, time has flied since he was drafted, I remember thinking it would be a lifetime before I saw him make an impact, now he is heading into year 3.... wow.

Good interview with Bo, he's my favourite Canuck player. Although, not sure with his taste in music, but to each their own. Great to hear he's working hard on improving his game and speed, not that he needed to really improve a whole lot. For a guy his age, he's surpassed my expectations already.

As for Tkachuk or Dubois making the team, I think Tkachuk would have a better chance, as the Canucks are weak at LW. Who would beat him out of a spot? Daniel, yes. Baertschi, probably. But that's it really. If we draft Tkachuk, I could see him on the 3rd line next season with Bo and Virtanen. Yaaaa!
