We wish Casey the best of luck in Ottawa. He's been a big part of our success this year and last, as he was our 4th highest ppg forward. Thanks to @Stamkos and @meh_wassup for the negotiations, and to @somethingvery for processing the trade.
Canuck Surfer
Interesting? For the moment anyway; Boston have 4 goalies up in the bigs at the moment. With both McIntyre & Jarry both called up by their real life teams!

Canuck Surfer
Boston would also like to acknowledge & congratulate the efforts of our crew that went down to the WJC's. A couple of guys did not have a great tourney on the Finnish team. Borgstrom & Juolevi. But its an accomplishment being named to the team & having a key role. Tyson Jost played extremely well and somehow was not big on the score sheet. "He was the engine that drove the team," however according to one commentator. And Lucas Carlsson not only made the team, but stole PP minutes, got some points and was a factor! That was the next tier. And having great tourney's were Joel Ericsson Ek & Tyler Parsons. Ek was fourth in tournament scoring with ten. Third in goals with 6, plus was captain for his team. Awesome! Tyler Parsons won the battle for the US crease. Then backstopped the gold medal winning team in the shootout with Canada. Tyler is now poised where few are > he already has a gold medal at the WJC and a Memorial Cup under his belt. Next step a Stanley Cup here in Boston? Great tournament boys!

Cool that Parsons is joining ^ the party soon as well? McIntyre may have just won himself the backup role in (real life) Boston permanently? He has been lights out in the AHL. For the moment anyways, fingers crossed, he seems to have out duelled Subban. I'm on my phone, but by memory 0.950 save %, something like 1.5 GAA & 10 straight wins so far this year. He has earned himself a shot anyway. As is our custom, we always like to acknowledge the past and custodial original managers of our team > Thanks Nail! Canuck Surfer
On today's events Buggers! And fantastic news at the same time... Congratulations to forward Nikita Scherbak! Who was called up and scored his first NHL goal today! And boo to his dumb ass General Manager who missed this. His team was awarded no points for Nikita's efforts... Also congrats to Tuukka Rask on his shutout and 20th win today. His genius GM on the other hand did juggle the roster to its best effect in this case. Having a hard decision between starting him or backup Chad Johnson (who had a pretty plumb assignment and did actually get a win today? We did slip the most points in. wallstreetamigo
Tampa is shopping 4.55 ppg beast Mike Fisher. We are also looking to move D Andy Greene as well and will look at some retention for a reasonable return. He is producing very well with 110 pool points so far. Playoff bound Matt Cullen is another player we would like to move for a young roster dman if possible.
