On behalf of General Manager @wallstreetamigo, the Tampa Bay Lightning are pleased to announce the signing of:

This takes the Lightning to the maximum of 50 contracts.

We are thrilled to add to our goaltending depth. Spencer is a good young goalie who we feel has a bright future.

The LA Kings are willing to get creative to get deals done as the TDL approaches. Players we have on the block are Markov, Brouwer and to some extent Kuemper and Ward but only if the price is right and makes sense. We are still looking to clear cap so we are not done dealing just yet.

While both Kuemper and Ward are on the trade block for the LA Kings, they have created a goalie controversy in which both are starting tonight but not sure who to start. Ward and Carolina are on a 5 game losing and face Philly and look to bounce back while Kuemper face the Coilers to give Dubnyk rest after the load he took in the ASG. My gut says Kuemper since he's on a better team but Ward is so much better in terms of stats. Help!

Tough choice. If it was me I would probably go Ward just because Edmonton is a good team and Ward has played well this year. Philly has been struggling a bit and Kuemper has not looked fantastic. But that's about as tough a goalie call as you can get. Either you are going to look brilliant or foolish lol.

Hmmmm...I'd go with Kuemper.

The old farts on the Wild probably got rest with their families over the break. But the young guns on the Oilers? PARTY!!!

I've decided to go with Ward just because he was solid last start and didn't have the offensive support last start. Had he had that scoring input, he would've won. Here's hoping the decision doesn't backfire me:P
