Thank you @inane for your patience and fair negotiations and @Master Mind for processing this trade.

Parayko is a defenceman that we have coveted for so long to fill our very weak and depleted back-end. We have not had a defenceman of this calibre ever and we are very excited to welcome Colton to the team. Olofsson is an up and coming defencemen and like Parayko, we are very excited to welcome him to lead our defensive core.

Thank you Stepan for your many years of hardwork for our club and we wish you the best of luck with the Panthers.

Tampa is just putting this out there for my fellow GM's.

Some of my top quality young players such as Bo Horvat, Brendan Gallagher, and Jason Zucker have drawn considerable trade interest.

Just to clarify, Horvat is not going to be moved unless it is McDavid or Laine straight across for him or a completely ridiculous overpayment that you would instantly regret making. It is not really about fantasy value (of which he still has a considerable amount with the potential for more). He is easily my favorite player in the league so I am excited he is on my team. He is the only reason I moved from Colorado to Tampa to be honest lol.

Gallagher and Zucker are not players I am actively shopping. Their age, contract terms, future potential, and playoff status are great and so I hold them in very high regard in terms of value.

I am always willing to listen to any and all offers on almost any player and Gallagher/Zucker are no exception. I have outlined above our most pressing team needs. In particular I need an elite level young top pairing dman. If I am moving that calibre of forward I would want the same calibre of defenseman in return. Age and potential would need to be about the same as my core group is 24-27 or so.

Panik is another guy I get asked about all the time. While not the name brand the others are, there is no denying his cross category production under the scoring structure in this league combined with his cap hit and term make him exceptional value for a playoff team. Offers need to acknowledge his value.

I am not griping or complaining. I just thought I would post it here so all of you can see it rather than explaining it a bunch of times in PM's. :)

I am always open for good hockey trades so PM me any offers you have.

Cheers my fellow GM's!

The LA Kings are happy to finish the season with the team they have as of right now. We are however still looking to add a solid defenceman that can help round off our defensive pairings. if any of you are shopping defencemen that are on a contender, please give me a holler and PM me. We can always find a way to work out a deal.

Oooh, one of these slipped past my peripheral vision.

Anyone else with D to sell, or wanting top quality play off forwards > feel free to get in touch!

D seems to be a hot commodity around here. CBJ's blueline is currently:

Jeff Petry - Seth Jones

Ian Cole - Dmitry Orlov

Trevor Daley - Matthias Ekholm

Brendan Dhillon

Although we're quite happy with the way things currently are, we would be open to offers for one of them including a coveted young(ish) playoff forward. We also have some cap room to work with. PM me and @Monty if you have a fit.

I'd like to thank @Nail and @JE14 for their patience on negotiations. They approached me early on when I first took over the Canucks. Very happy to add a young top 4 with so much promise. Though is a sophomore slump, Ghost is a player of our future. Steen is a guy who is a similar player to Paciorretty, so we were content with taking him back.

With that said we will be taking offers on Steen to see what his value is. We aren't done trading yet, as we are trying to make that run!

Thanks again to @Master Mind for processing the deal!

Hi all,

Thanks to those who have reached out to me regarding trades. Just wanted to clarify something in case I wasn't clear enough in my last post. It is true that I am open to negotiating a trade for any player on my roster. I'd be looking at acquiring playoff players in exchange. That said, to reiterate what I posted previously and what I've been telling multiple GMs, while there are no untouchables that doesn't mean that I want to trade one of my young stars for a package of depth players and low level picks. At this point I have no interest in diluting my assets.

I don't expect Pittsburgh to be active at the trade deadline. Like last year, I have two exams the day before the deadline so I won't be very active on CDC. If you have any interest in my players send in your offers early, or I might not have time to read it until right before the deadline. Otherwise, I'm ok with standing pat going into the playoffs. As it stands, it'll be a dogfight to get out of the first round so not keen on giving up my future to load up for what could be a first round exit.

Enjoy Friday + the weekend, folks!

Anton Lander is quite the enigma. Soooo effective in the American League, but it just hasn't translated for him.

How fitting would it be if he had a middle name like Hans?  (I checked, Anton is actually his middle name...shame.)

So his name is Anton Anton Lander?
