Quote

To PHI: Tyler Benson, Reid Duke

    To NYR: Brett Connolly

The Rangers are happy to get so many of our players re-signed, we look forward to seeing what each can do down the stretch, into the playoffs, and beyond. Thanks to their lovely agents on the negotiations!

We'd also like to thank @Phil The Thrill on our recent trade. It was tough to part with our top forward prospect in Benson, who we drafted 26th overall last June, but that was the asking price, and you need to give to get. We are thrilled to get Connolly, who's been quietly having a solid season, as we think he will be a great fit in our lineup.

:frantic:the LA Kings savior, Jonathan Quick, could possibly be back between the pipes tomorrow vs the Ducks after being the last to leave Friday's practice. Great to see him try and get some games in as the team hits a tough stretch and looking to make a run for the playoffs. Would be a big boost for my fantasy team and in real life.

We are always open for offers but as long as it improves the team and helps the team get younger and more picks. But as of right now, we are content on going forward with the lineup we have presently for the rest of the season. That being said, the team will be quiet come TDL. Looking forward to a good playoff run with the group of players we have!

Excited to add a young playoff player and a prospect that we really love in Boston. Moving a 1st always sucks but I have another and I'm here to win.

Conditional 3rd CHI may have owed NYI is removed as a result of this trade

The Blackhawks would like to wish CDC Puck Founder and current NYI rebuilder GM@Drewismyname thanks for doing this trade. This cleans up a lagging conditional asset between us and gives Drew a prospect in order for us to have the privelage of providing an almost 36 year old player with his first taste of the playoffs.

Ron 'Dikembe Mutombo' Hainsey is an achiever of almost 1500 career blocks who was playing top four minutes with RL Carolina before being moved to the injury-depleted Penguins. We believe he will play >20 mins/g in the playoffs even when/if Pittsburgh gets their defensemen back off the IR, with his prowess for blocking shots at a premium for the run to the cup.

Thank you @Master Mind for getting him situated with the team before today's games.
