I'm just tired of people's intelligence being in question because they don't agree with management. "You just don't get it" for example. Management is out to lunch with their retool philosophy. They are split between rebuild and compete now. We should tank and tank hard for as long as it takes to get elite skill to build around.

Their plan isn't written in some kinda Templar code that only the elite hockey minds can unlock. Teams have been built like this since the 60's. Some people just do not accept the reasoning believe it or not. The real question here is what do you know about Templar codes.... are you enlightened LaBamba!?!? DeNiro
Still not too bummed we traded McCann, more bummed that we passed on drafting Pastrnak... 15 goals now and a point per game player. He was there for the grabbing.

Canucks Curse
No matter who does our drafting there are epic misses seens like the non- Benning Boston scouts have been pretty awesome - lucic, Bergeron, krecji, Marchand, seguin, Kessel, Hamilton, pastranak, versteeg That is an all star team right there compare that too our recent run sedins, Horvat, Schneider, Edler, kesler, Hansen, good, but no where near the Boston caliber. boston has had some real stinker drafts just feels like the Canucks pick the wrong guy like 80% of the time. what gets me is this: benning talks about character in what he looks for in a player at the draft- virtanen and McCann both had attitude problems in junior. That is the reason why McCann dropped in the first place- he ruffled a lot of feathers in the team canada office with they way he went about asking team canada for more playing time at the hlinka tournament or the u18s or whatever
