Florida might of won the trade but did McCann

Sorry for all the Gubransson and McCann threads! But this is interesting to look at. McCann A Center/Winger was traded to a strong Center core so people thought just put him at left wing. Smith,Huberdeu and Jokinen are all ahead of him on the left wing. McCann sounds like he will play in the AHL this year or on the 4th line. If he did play in the AHL he is playing on a Rampage team what was last in their division. Or playing limited minutes in the NHL probably not getting any special teams. For the next 2 years this is what it seems like on the left wing

LW: Line 1 Huberdeu line  2 smith line 3 Jokinen line 4 Crouse AHL McCann? So he won't have much chances of being a left winger on the Panthers. Barkov Bjugstad and Trochek aren't going anywhere. They got Grimaldi and some other guys but I guess he has the 4th line?

Now look at Gubrannson behind Ekblad Kulikov Matheson he will be able to be a main guy. Probably will play 20 minutes now on the Canucks maybe on the 1st unit for D with Edler or something like what Ottawa does 1 defensive d man and 1 offensive. But any way he will for sure get penalty kill time and get to have more opportunity on a young Canuck team. I guess McCann wins the place he will be living at but Vancouver he amazing in the summer time. Well thanks for reading it and think about poor McCann playing in San Antonio or being a healthy scratch.

Stopped reading at "might of".

Well, there's nothing wrong with those two words being used together, it's just the context that's all wrong. But I appreciate that you've replied with the might of a grammar tiger!

Gudbranson averaged 20:02 per game this season in Florida and 26:54 per game in the playoffs. He was #2 in shorthanded ice time per game both regular season and playoffs. So how has his opportunity improved?
