Each year we get a list of things we can chose from, as our custom benefits. I like the one where you can trade in games for other games. Last year I traded my Tampa tickets for Montreal, and my St. Louis for Edmonton. You can go to the next "Town hall" I don't know about hard copy tickets. They are definitely phasing them out everywhere. With relocation going so late this year.....mid July is the newest rumour. I don't think they will be able to get them done in time. My message sounded like I had advice for the person that was telling you what we get and that's not the case. Sorry about that. Call the person back who sold you the tickets because I think we had to "tick off" something at the time that we renewed our seats in order to get that option. Not sure how it works for a new season ticket holder but you could ask. I have been a Season Ticket Holder for a long time and we didn't get this kind of stuff long time ago. Like I said for the "exchange game part" it usually comes when you renew. You get to pick from other benefits as well but that will come with the ticket package (probably get that info online when we get our tickets or around the time we get our tickets) and it will come much later. I was just trying to EXPLAIN the difference between the benefits that come later and the exchanging of 3 games that you are allowed to do but that has to be selected immediately when you sign up for a full season of tickets.
