Derp...
I wish we had moved Schroeder early in the year he got hurt. Would have landed a third or 4th probably.

I wish we had just qualified Schroeder and not traded for Vey. Essentially threw a 2nd rounder in the garbage.
The Lock
Would we not have gladly accepted a 2nd for Jordan Schroeder? Baertchshi's worth more than Schroeder so yes. If it was to happen that way it already would have I'm sure. Edited March 27, 2015 by The Lock

Vey >>> Schroeder Baertschi >>>>>>>> Schroeder Schroeder has 7 points in 19 games, about half of which are against Vancouver in 2 games.

Schroeder and Vey are pretty close to equal. If Schroeder got as much ice time as Vey, played on the top pp unit, and was as sheltered as Vey he would have more points than Vey.

Also, it was hilarious seeing Schroeder outmuscle Vey leading to a goal last time we played the Wild. Perfect irony.

Boudrias
In a sad display last night against the Avs I thought Vey had a decent game. Hoping he comes back next fall a little stronger. Schroeder has looked decent last few Minnie games but the comparison is not fair to Vey. IMHO Vey is ahead of Schroeder even up and yet Vey is younger. You can thank that clown John Torterella who played Hansen in the top 6, even after the season was over. Gave Jordan Schroeder zero chances to show what he had.

Right?
