Good on Bo,great response. This is what the canucks needed , he didnt go looking for the fight but definately did not turn away from it when the bell rang. Captain... my Captain.

When EP40 got injured everyone was over exaggerating, saying he didnt deserve it, but next year i think he'll get it.

Bo Horvat, steadily moving up the Canucks all-time scoring list, is now 48th.

47.  Martin Gelinas LW 258 90 81 171
48.  Bo Horvat C 304 76 92 168
49.  Andrew Cassels C 198 40 128 168

Geez Bo has +300 games now. It sure hurt when the Canucks lost Gelinas.

will never forget that.

LOVED Bo's fight the other night. The guy is an absolute STUD and has turned up the heat tenfold when we need it most!

I'd love to see him get the "C" during this season with that play. That would be such a good motivator to the entire team, he proved himself and he got rewarded. Pedal to the metal for the team from here on out, this season will end in a playoff spot if we can get healthy.

Bo is quietly turning into a star.  I wouldnt set a cieling in this kid just yet.  30-40-70 is not out of reach this year.

I put a ceiling on him as an elite 2nd line center - a belief I had from quite early on.  To be honest though, he appears to be proving me wrong. It looks like we might have a Crosby-Malkin style situation on our hands.  (Not saying Pettersson is at Crosby's level... just drawing a comparison of having two centers who are capable of being 1st line centers on the same team)
