Its about cap 24.5 million...

Demko -- 5 million  X 5 yrs

Petey  ---7.5  X 3 yrs ?  Between 7.0 --7.6  = Barzel NYI  similar player..

Hughe -- 7 X 3 yrs ?  ? Between 6.6 - 7 million..

Let say we have 4.5-- 5  million left ??

Juolevi - 2 X 870,000

Podkolzin - entry level 3 X 950,000

Boyd - 850, 000 X 1 yr

Vesey 850,000  X 1 yr

Gaudette  1 X 900,000  show me more

Hamonic---  Need this type of D man to play with Hughes ? No money left --- 2 yrs X 1.9 million

If we can't upgrade on 3C because of cap, I'd certainly try Miller as a center.

EP-Horvat-Miller is depth that can match up against almost any team in the league.

Going with Boyd and Beagle as 3C and 4C, we are essentially a two line team and will have to over rely on Demko to win games.

Hoglander-EP-Boeser

Vesey-Miller-Virtanen/Gaudette

Pearson-Horvat-Podkolzin

Motte-Beagle-Lind

MacEwen

I'd consider trading Gaudette and/or Virtanen to upgrade winger for Miller and strongly contemplate buyout for Roussel and Eriksson to address cap issues.

We only have 3 NHL D men signed next season that have played over 100 games?

Need to sign Hamaonic  2 X 1.9 -- 2.2 million --- No trade discount ...

Juolevi -- Raathbone are ready for NHL..

Hughes -  _______

Myers - Schmidt

I'd assume Edler comes back at a discount if offered an NMC.

And I think we will try to get Tryamkin signed as we tried last season to around 2-3 mil deal. If that fails, should re-visit Hamonic with a similar deal.

Edler-Schmidt (11 mil)

Hughes-Tryamkin (9 mil)

OJ-Myers (7 mil)

We will need to buy out Eriksson and Roussel and maybe even trade Virtanen to make room.

Going to be a busy summer.

14 points (7G, 7A) in Horvat's last 12 games. With 3 points tonight and earlier improvements, he's turned his mediocre season into a great one. Awesome to see.

Bo is quietly putting together a heck of a season.

And this from a player that many suggest Gillis left Benning with nothing. Right now he's the go to player on the roster. When you think Horvat was drafted 9th O/A, Virtanen  was 6th O/A. I guess it's all about perception

Getting close to 500 career games! Incredible that he's already been around for that long.
