Oh, I`m so dreadfully sorry to hear that. B)

If it`s infectious, could you rub up against Toronto on your way down.

Pfft.

Quick, Eakin, Lindberg, Lehkonen, Motte, Bitetto, Trouba sitting out few months = not enough to satisfy your blood lust?
If that's not enough, perhaps the disappearances of Brodie and Jenner might satisfy.

After a deep look at the club history, I am excited to know that I have a lot of draft success, while it is no true barometer, the vast majority of Rangers draft picks go in real life higher by substantial margins....I also am too soft in trade negotiations regarding my unsigned prospects....I will need to tighten up that aspect going forward, as we wish Dylan Strome (5g, 11a, 16pts in just 7 games in the OHL) and Filip Chlapik (20g, 24a 44pts in 26 games this year in the Q) loads of success in the WJC's and to the other 4 Ranger draft picks also playing in the tourney, perhaps your journey will bring you back to New York one day, good luck.

I'm kind of having the opposite experience this year.

Chose to keep it super young, see what happens, and hope to be middle of the pack around the halfway mark before making any moves.

So far, pretty much everyone is contributing extremely well, I'm getting some standout performances from kids, and some of my slow starts by veterans who are beginning to heat up haven't hurt the team. I also believe I've been doing that with a fairly accurate and representative ice-time allocation.

What's more, my hodge podge of teams are mostly still competitive for playoff spots so I'm not required to decide yet if we are a playoff threat this year or not.

Everything is coming up aces and the farm is producing well. So far so good.

/ Knock on wood.

Thoughts are with Former Ranger Craig Cunningham, we have learned he collapsed at an AHL game in Tucson Arizona 3 weeks ago and needed chest compressions to keep him alive while the paramedics got him on a stretcher and to the emergency room. A true leader on and off the ice, and a great all around guy, former Vancouver Giant Cunningham needs a lot of love during his recovery. Get well Craig.

any news on him?

1998 Former Canucks Player Stephane Morin (Berlin Capitals/DEL)  died on the Bench in the Arena in my Hometown (Oberhausen).

I wasnt at the Game but a friend of mine allready contacted me when this happend, all people in the Arena were shocked . i guess he was the only Hockeyplayer

who died in the Rink in Germany.   i hope craig will fully recover .

TRADE: There has been a trade between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Pittsburgh Penguins (retroactive to Dec 15th, 2016):

To small.pngChicago: Brandon Tanev, PIT 2017 4th Round Pick

To small.pngPittsburghJeremy Roy

Chicago welcomes Brandon to our team and thanks Pittsburgh for the rapid negotiations.

Although we're giving up a high second round prospect in Roy, his knee ailment may delay his progress and we are looking for young players who are (sooner) nhl ready.

Thanks to Commish theminister for processing our transaction.
