Jaku
Joe Thornton without a doubt. How many 37 year old players are point per gam players anymore? Solid year for Jumbo Joe.
hatedkid666
In his prime Jumbo Joe, but as of right now Pavelski easy

Nex is my ex
Thornton. But Pavelski is the younger choice so it's close
Rocky Balboa
Pavelski looks like he'd be more gentle. Joe is probably called Jumbo for a reason.

I hope you guys enjoy! If we were getting the player as they are right now, Pavelski, if I could have the Jumbo of 2-3 years (or more) ago, I'd say Jumbo. Thornton is the better overall player in my opinion, but he is 37, and Pavelski has been lighting up the goals in the last few years.
higgyfan
5 years difference in age isn't really a fair comparison. I'd take Joe at 32 any day.
-Vintage Canuck-
Are we talking about both players in their prime? Then I would say Joe Thornton.
Cramarossa
Little Joe just because Big Joe's beard makes me gag.
IBatch
Pavelski but only because Thornton isn't 35.

Danny McBride
How can we answer this without any context 1. now or in their prime? 2. As a draft pick? 3. In a trade? 4. For a playoff run? 5. On the Canucks? with no context id take Pavelski because he is younger and imo better (currently).
IbanezRG
Jumbo Joe for his insurance. wait, are we talking about hockey playing ability?
