British Council Executive Calls Prince George the Face of White Privilege

An executive at a British taxpayer-funded body aimed at promoting the UK abroad is facing disciplinary action for a Facebook post describing three-year-old Prince George as the "face of white privilege".

Angela Gibbins, the head of global estates at the British Council commented on a photo someone else posted which said the third in line to the throne "already looks like a f***ing dickhead".

"White privilege. That cheeky grin is the innate knowledge he's royal, rich, advantaged and will never know ANY difficulties or hardships in life," Ms Gibbins wrote, according British media.

"Let's find photos of 3yo Syrian refugee children and see if they look alike, eh?"

Ms Gibbins, who has worked for the British Council for almost eight years, received significant backlash from other Facebook users for her comments, some calling her "embarrassing" and a "disgrace to humanity".

Ms Gibbins argued she had a "multi-faceted political opinion...that's not hate".

Well, she is right that the Royals are the 'face of white privilege', but calling a 3yr old a 'f***ing dickhead,' is pathetic and implying that

the Royals ' will never know ANY difficulties or hardships in life,' is just plain stupid.
