brownky
We've all had one or two. In some cases more than that. But what is your most egregiously terrible proposal that time has since shown you to be a complete jackdaw consumer? I'm not talking "X player for Raymond, Ballard and a 1st" bad, I mean bad like... It's 2004... and I wanted to trade both of "those useless soft Sedin sisters" for Ilya Kovalchuk, this young but hardcore Russian sniper who could even fight (he'd kind of beat up Comrie the year before) - just trapped on a bad team. Whoops! What've you got?
Nex is my ex
Idk I've seen some pretty bad ones around here like Sbisa, virtanen and a 1st for Karlsson LOL. But the worst I've ever had is probably burrows for a pick in 2008. still makes me shudder that I even thought about wanting to trade our most clutch scorer in history
ItsMillerTime
There was a lot of people posting Sbisa Dorsett and a First for like Landeskog. Most ridiculous one was probably the Karlsson proposal like @Nex is my ex was talking about.
BabychStache
I remember thinking it was a good idea at the time to trade Kesler + Bieksa ++ for Brad Richards. I think that was around 2009.
PhillipBlunt
2011 Oreskovich, Lapierre, and Glass to Nashville for Weber

WhoseTruckWasIt
After the 2010 cup I was sure that Chicago had made a mistake trading Ladd and Byfuglien instead of Kane. Now that's dumb.
ItsMillerTime
I thought Bo Horvat was going to be a bust. So I called him Bo the blow.
ice orca
Raymond Ballard and a 1st for Corey Perry was always a gut buster for me.
ABNuck
I think it was right after our 1st round exit in 2012 (Kings) that I proposed Sedins and Edler to Ottawa for Turris, Michalek and Cowen. Although that trade would have given us a #1C who is younger (and would solve the dilemma we're currently in), looking back now I think that trade would have gutted this team and given us 2 or 3 straight 1st OA picks. Well it might've put us in the McEichel sweepstakes
