Seeing some of those deals around here and CDC Puck, why try and offer more? Why offer your best asset right off the top? Why not try to get a bargain deal?

All it it takes is one GM to be interested.

Im not Jim Benning, where I'll show all my cards. ;)

I found some time to inspect the team on pickup and we are thrilled to be 3rd and just a couple handfulls of points out of top spot. Really happy with the results so far.

Checking in and checking the players status' till 3 pm pacific time, if anyone wants to talk turkey..we aren't selling anyone, lol, but we may look to upgrade at the odd spot.

REPORT: Justin Braun may be available for teams seeking a top 4 d-man on a good playoff bound team. Would be seeing another d-man+ back in a deal.

Holy crud, what happened to him ? San Jose has some really good players having terrible years.

Marleau, Boedker, Braun, Nieto, Vlasic.. Weird year..

nice to see bob in the top 3 in goalie rankings , our best forward , defender and rookie are far away form top 10 spots.

thornton 127 points , klefbom 86 points and ??? maybe bertschy with 4 points# ..not sure if schaller still counts as rookie ..he has 60 points

but our team works ....19th overall in the league now.

frolik is brutal lately though ..5 fpts in december so far

now that i have a healthy defence , the injury bug hits the forwards

but lack seems to return soon , i hope that spencer martin will make his debut before lack returns though

it doesnt matters if pickard or martin lose for the avs  ..lol  ..but maybe spencer will do better :P

Extension:

Mika Zibanejad and the New Jersey Devils have agreed to a 6 year contract extension worth $30M ($5M AAV).

When GM @BM24 approached us about extending Mika for another 6 years, to say we were thrilled is an understatement. Being able to play on such a terrific team, led by phenom Connor McDavid, is something that doesn't come around very often. We would like to thank BM24 and the entire Devils organization for not only building a winning team, but also taking great care of Mika as he rehabs his injury.
