Each team needs to expose one dman with a minimum nhl experience of 40 games this season or 70 combined from this year and last year for Las Vegas to choose. You have to have a veteran D-man to offer for the expansion draft, with a minimum number of games played in the last 2 years. Biega hits that magic number in 19 games. Sbisa could be the guy, but if he misses enough games to injury he won't qualify. Also, having 2 guys allows you to trade 1.
