garthsbutcher
Sorry Alex, you simply don't deserve a spot. You would be a great mentor player-coach in Utica.

Horvats_Big_Head
Didn't really notice him do a whole lot out there. Asides from that 40 foot wrister at the end....
kingofsurrey
Burrows has had a great Career with the Canucks. Total Warrior. Brought compete to our club every night. Clearly his time is up. I would love to see him retire and leave money on the table. Go out the good way - on top. Not riding the bus in Utica.
PhillipBlunt
Burrows won't be a Canuck beyond this season. May have to deal with seeing him for this season though.

But he left money on the table when this team was a contender and this will be his last contract and he is still a great guy in the dressing room. So lets not be too greedy. There's no shame wearing that shirt, he's a legend of the recent era canucks. But I've noticed his down swing for the past four seasons.

Just going to hurt to see a guy that no longer can compete on highly basis. These Pro athletes just want to keep competing as they are wired to battle. Painful for us to see guys continue on that are only a fraction of what they used to be. I hope he retires this month and walk into a part time coaching gig in our organization. He could teach our prospects a thing or two about battling / competing and consistency - work ethic etc.
