[Report] Sidney Crosby diagnosed with concussion

Recommended Posts

Just when he looked absolutely dominant and returning back to his old form in the World Cup. Honestly Sid has the worst timing for injuries. His concussion problems earlier derailed what was looking like the best season of his career. I am genuinely sad for how much of his career has been derailed by injuries. Lets hope this one isn't serious.

You know, I'm worried for Sid if Its Serious, and based on his history, and what I know about concussions, this sounds like big trouble to me ; But I'm just as concerned that all the Hockey News sites are going to go back to reporting about his concussion issues every 20 minutes... let the guy recover in peace.

I swear, the last time he was out that was all there was to read about or watch.

Get well Soon. Awful to hear.

I swear if it came from the World Cup...Bettman is going to get his arse lit on fire.

I hope his arse gets lit anyways.

To be fair, this is only Crosby's second documented concussion. Most of the time he missed in 2011-12 was due to a neck vertebrae issue.

Still, it's not good for his future susceptibility to concussions. And just when he was returning to dominant form, too.

You are wrong. Sidney Crosby had a very very bad concussion. I do not know where you heard "Neck Vertabrae" but all I ever read about was "Headaches" and "Concussion-Like Symptoms"

How many minor concussions went undocumented before the quiet room/all the attention concussions have received?
