canucklehead80
Was just browsing NHL.com and checking the stats after the 1st night. Can't believe Chicago had 5 rookies in the lineup opening night. This has to be unheard of. Has this ever happened before?

Pears
"Too many kids in their line up!" "Not enough proven scorers after the big boys!" "They will almost for sure tank!" Am I doing this right?

The salary cap has a way of doing that to teams with a lot of money tied up in their top players. regards, G.
Nuxfanabroad
Vets are terrified of the town's guns/violence. Like Mel Gibson's Mad Max, just drivin' to home games. So they took on some eager kids, who don't know any better.

About 8-10 newcomers made their debut with us Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing lol TBH, the hawks have huge minute munchers in Toews, Kaner, Breezy, Keith, Hossa, Hjmarllson. Their rooks will probably play 10 min per game under the legend Joe Q.

He's not eligible for the Calder but this is his first season. Kempny and Forsling have been solid, certainly not perfect but really good for first year defensemen. Hartman and Motte have been solid two-way forwards. Very solid third liners. Schmaltz and Hinostroza have started slow but they're improving each game.
