So no suspension for Kadri. Has anyone heard anything about Carrick? On the official game sheet, he was assessed a game misconduct for leaving the bench during the last fight. Isn't that an automatic 10 game suspension?

Nobody wants to discuss this?

That first week of December is going to be a long week for that Puke Kadri.  He goes through Alberta before coming here.  Oilers werent too happy with how he was running around after McDavid last time they played. cOilers were criticized after the game and im sure they will have it in the back of their minds.

Wish someone with the skills make another video like this but with Canuck suspensions and obvious suspensions where a Canuck player was assaulted and the league turned a blind eye and called it legal.

Couture just looks at the ref and boom penalty

If Benning, Linden and Willie (if the clown is not fired by December 3) don't start the BIG boys in the next home game they are dead to me and will show they are wusses not to mention incompetent at building a competitive team

i dont care care if we lose every game the rest of year as long as we exact revenge against the pathetic Leafs

I'd like to know where Carrick's automatic 10 game suspension is as well. I realize it's been overshadowed by the Kadri business but yes, where is that automatic suspension. Has the DoPS conveniently forgotten about it or what? Absolutely nothing they do should surprise any of us anymore. They have zero transparency or credibility left.

All though I am not one for conspiracy theories I'll do my best just for you:

I think it is plausible that the management in Toronto have stronger ties and relationships with the "war room" in Toronto.

Seems to me the Canucks have a poor track record when it comes to rulings made by department of player safety. (Perhaps there is a list of all the ruling made for or against the canucks compared to toronto in the past 10 yrs? )

If we feel "Homerism" here towards our Canucks, my question would be, what is the league doing to make sure it's impartial employees are being objective? (one user mentioned the plethora of angles that should be available, another mentioned clearer descriptions of why or why not a decision was made).

I watched and compared the brief media interviews of both coaches after the game. One coach seems very disconnected from the process and unsure of how the results will be, the other is certain that "we have good people at the league to (who?) look after that".

It seems like a sort of dislocation/communication issue between the league and various teams. We need a division based (responsible for teams in their jurisdiction) commission on player safety to insure the process is impartial and the ruling is fair.

PS: I like the intensity these rivalries create but do not want to see another Steve Moore incident because of the leagues failure to take appropriate action.

Lol Okay....could you imagine if Miller ended up being the only one to miss a game out of all that.

Lol honestly i would not have been surprised if they suspended Miller.

The refs and the NHL are a confused bunch. Another example last night was when somehow Gaunce, who was getting repeated gloves to the face from Martin, didn't retaliate yet he ends up with a roughing minor too.

don't hold your breathe, this team has been pathetically soft for years and they came back this year with

Sedin-Sedin-Hansen

Granlund-Sutter-Erikkson

softest team in the league, for years and no change in site.

its open season on this team, has been for years and because of Bertuzzi we fans are stuck with this pathetic pacifist farce of a team that doesnt have the personnel to defend itself.  Just look to the league and then cry, everytime.

If the Canucks are going to be a bad team the ownership and management should at least provide us a team that goes down swinging and doing damage.

Wait, how did Miller get two game misconducts for that in the first place?

If I am not wrong starting a fight in the last 10min is an automatic misconduct and being the third man into a fight was probably the second misconduct. Not entirely sure though so don't take my word for it.

I wasn't even aware that Carrick had left the bench.

If it was Mathews getting a jumping blindside shoulder from Dorsett we all know Dorsett would be suspended for life. The league could not care a less about the Sedins or the Canucks do we will queue up the west coast revenge and manage it ourselves

F$&@ you Betman and your Mickey Mouse old boy network gang

The last part is facts.

We need a Pat Quinn type figure in the management group if we want more respect from this league...

eg. Lamarello, Sutters, Burke, Sather, etc...
