? About skates alternate jersey

Hey guys!

would anyone happen to know, if by chance, the Canucks are bringing back the skates jersey alternate sometime in the 2017 season. They were first introduced in the 95-96 season and then last worn in the 96-97 season. I can't think of any significance in regards to timeline or anniversary, other than it being 20 years since it was last worn.

Thanks for all all the help guys!

Sounds like they are testing the water on a limited run of only 100.  In its short run thought it was a good looking jersey liked the red as an alternative although many claimed it was more of a salmon hued tone.  The skate on black/white jerseys was the best look for the club.  The current away unis don't look too bad as the predominately white appearance takes away from the blue/green. But the home solid blue with green is bad.  If they keep it introduce more white to tone it down.  The negative V in white on the original jersey sleeves did that.

Can we please just not bring them back?.... that jersey along with the red to blue fade orca jersey both just need to die and rest in peace.

We could bring back the Deep V jersey though. Everyone likes a deep V ^_^

The Oh Henry bar unis or the Halloween suits were bad....very bad.  But a deep v as a watercraft is good.

Stick and Rink logo is Canucks' best logo so I'd have that as the alternate jersey and the Orca one ins't as bad as people say it is and I'd keep it mostly because Vancouver has a great color scheme and it makes sense to put a sea creature on it (blue and green = water).

Not a fan of the Flying Sake and I grew up watching the Canucks in the early 90's. I mean it's an ok logo and Jersey for its time but the logo seems to be a product of the 90's. You know the sharp, edgy, and diagonal font that's meant to look "gnarly" or "rad"?.
