redhdlois
Crazy hockey game in Pittsburgh tonight........Capitals were up 3-0.....Penguins come back with 5 unanswered goals .....Cap's tie it up(one was shorthanded).....Pitts scores on the same PP, Caps challenge, goal stands. Currently still in the 2nd period Pitts 6-5......(Geno with a hattie in the 2nd alone)
poetica
That Pit/Was has to be the most goals scored in a period this season and possibly in a few seasons. Wow!

-Vintage Canuck-
Looks like I'm missing a good one between the Pens and Caps. But made it just in time for the third period, which should be interesting too.

Zhukini
I think it's sad there's some Canucks fans that missed that classic tonight, yet are going to tune in to the next one goal classic the Canucks put on.

I've defended him in the past due to his strong Team Canada play, but after the recent spear I'm officially on Team Punch Joe in the Charger. 3 hours ago, poetica said: That Pit/Was has to be the most goals scored in a period this season and possibly in a few seasons. Wow! I'm kind of crap at researching obscure sports stats, but I did find the record for goals by a single team in a period: 9 by the Leafs in 1981.
