So much better than Lazar!

Wonder how much input Gradin had on this one.

You can bet tons.

Early - mid 2nd round pick, he was probably on the list.

We seem to do okay when we listen to Gradin, so I'm on board.

Sens fans are about to riot.  Dahlen is an unbelievable return.

Benning you beautiful man you.

Dahlen was a solid second round pick who has continued to progress like a solid 2nd round pick. So getting him is pretty much the equivalent of getting a second round pick. That is a pretty good return for Burrows. Dahlen is a small high skill guy. Won't contribute to the physical game or the speed game, but he might be able to score. Would expect to see him in Utica next year.

My question as well. Feels like this is Trevor and Jim putting trust in Gradin. I wonder if Benning seen him play when he was recently in Europe?

For sure, that was probably a big part of it. I'm pumped. Getting this guy into the AHL as an under 20 player will be a big part of his development too. Utica fans should be ecstatic.

Are you sure? Wouldn't that be Dahlensson or perhaps Ulfsson? Can't wait to hear Alf's thoughts on the Canucks getting his son...

Pretty sure Alf is on sedative's with his constant rants about Benning not able to get anything done..... maybe this settles him down ;)
