I agree with MR on the phase lengths. When I host I like to have 48 hours for the first two days and then back to 24 after that.

 

I also think we should have no PMing but have a smaller mafia team instead to compensate.

If we only get 10-12 players, what about Sheriff as the only role, and no PMs.

 

If we have more players it might be worthwhile having a Vig or SK.
