He thinks Antipin will have little to no problem with the NA style of game, but playing on the NA surface can be a challenge for some KHL transplants. There have been a few interesting ideas on deals with Dallas for getting Jamie Oleksiak who's basically the same size. He refused the team's requests to get him into better game shape etc albeit in Utica. He may feel he was not given the right opportunity in Vancouver and the team did nothing wrong in the end, but its entirely his choice to make and he is going to where he feels offers him the best at life moving forward.
