RNH is a hard player?  Okay, but I don’t see that watching him.

I would take him here, but only on a fair trade, and the Oilers retain.

Don't need to be big to play hard man. If you don't see how he plays hard than I can't imagine you know what to even look for.

No need to be insulting, is there.

Maybe we define hard differently?

i see playing hard as more than trying your hardest.  I see it as being hard to play against, by being hard on and off the puck.

If Edmonton is moving the Nuge the Canucks should be listening. He’s a top 6 centre and those are hard to get. Played at a 60+ point rate last year. Would definitely carry over to a more offensive opportunity role here in Vancouver. Still just 25 years old. If he’d come cheap via the Chia trade value I’d definitely be interested.

Maybe more gifted offensively too?

Yes edited that in - looks like a very solid pick. Not flashy but if we get him, we'll get an NHL player. I'd love to see some offensive flash but if you can push 40 pts and be good in your own end, with Juolevi, hopefully Tryamkin, and the rest of our group we will be pretty good.

And Demko playing great, giving our young D (like Dobson) confidence to push forward.

Better hands/stickhandling but he literally "looks" like Edler in his form. John Paddock's nephew is sure looking like a gem of a goalie for next year's draft.

Actually Max Paddock is 22nd rated goalie for this year's draft.  Hmm.  Late round pick?

Well the way he's playing right now he looks to be alot better! but i didn't look up his stats for the year.

6'2 140!!!! Ryan Miller 2.0 lol

.904 save % not bad..worth a late pick as a gamble

JB seems to like big game players who can step it up and his stretch numbers were stellar.  13-2-1 with a .920.  Must have impressive playoff numbers too.  We do already possess last year's Memorial cup winning goalie.

Regular season as a whole was .904.  After the starting goalie got hurt he took the reins and did that run according to an article.
