The Sedins should stay in the organization after retirement

If the Sedins decide to stay in the organization after they retire, what do you think they should do? Should they join the coaching team or maybe the scouting team? Where do you think they would fit in best? I really hope they do stay in the organization because they mean a lot to this team and this city for that matter.

I think they'll just take a break from hockey. They've got kids and a huge part of them not wanting to be traded in the first place was because the twins had already planted their roots here in Vancouver. What I'm trying to say is that unless there's a job position within the Canucks, I doubt they'll really try and find a job elsewhere. I think one of twins said before that they most likely won't go back to Sweden and instead live in Vancouver.

As AJ said above, I think they'll probably be in player development roles.

Whatever they want.  Personally I think they walk away from the game and enjoy retirement with their family for a couple of years before deciding on any post hockey career.  If they want a role within the organisation Linden will facilitate one for them..

I thought already were in the organization since retiring ? am I wrong ?

Kidding aside I am sure they will always have the option to take a role with the club, if even just as ambassadors for a time.

I thought they already retired? Pretty invincible on the ice...:P

All jokes aside these 2 brought some of the most exciting hockey I've ever seen but all good things come to an end...like many suggested I think they'll take some time off and just focus on family...but 22 and 33 will be hanging from the rafters forever.

its really tough to say. Obviously as ambassador's and PR stuff but I don't really know what their other skill sets are outside of hockey. Naslund surprised me with his work with MODO so maybe something along those lines or in the management group for the Swedish Olympic team? I love the idea of having one or both as coaches or in a development role, but i want Burr there too.
