[Trade] Kings trade Mike Cammalleri to Oilers for Jussi Jokinen

Rob Blake said that Cammalleri wasn't happy with his role on the team. Also mentioned that Jokinen is more versatile - can play all 3 forward positions. So it sounds like they were appeasing a respected vet, and taking a chance buying low on Jussi.

Also, L.A. has been one of the poorer teams in the shootout in recent years. Jokinen is one of the better shootout players in the league, so he should help them there as well.

Was just going to post something similar but this probably better than what I would have come up with

LA, even though Sutter is gone, has also historically been a puck possession team.  Stephens taking over does not change that. And it is Jokinen's game!

He also gives LA some flexibility considering Carter is out.  Iafallo has played well as a rookie. But I bet they are happy to have another two way, capable pivot.

Cammaleri just was not adding the speed that made guys like Williams effective a few years ago.
