For the most part, her demographic is mostly lower and middle class women. Imagine losing 50% of your viewers just because of politics..... her net worth would decrease in the billions. Whereas Trump's brand has always been for the wealthy and top-tier patrons, thus his political affiliation doesn't really matter. He isn't running a fast food joint or a teeny-bopping clothing line.... he's offering fancy hotels, exclusive condos, golf courses, etc. Even his clothing brand is for professionals and older crowd. TBH, I always thought Oprah to be like a libertarian. A self-made billionaire who directly donate to causes she supports. But then again, politics can be fluid at times. If she thought that she herself would run for president, it would make sense for her to not encourage two terms of Hillary. That way, she could target a run in 2020 rather than 2024. Or possibly you know... because she doesn’t approve of the evil opium cartel that was war mongering against Putin and Assad.
