-AJ-
I originally predicted 27th at the start of the season, so I'm tempted to predict that for consistency, but at this point, I see 29th or 30th being more likely without so many of our best players. VegasCanuck
Okay, I would love us to finish dead last for one reason. It means that we couldn't pick lower than 4th in the lottery and I really want at least one of those top 4 guys. The bottom 3 finishes hold a 41% chance combined of nailing the first overall pick. So, reversely, there's a 59% chance that someone else outside that group of 3 will win the pick, as happened last year with New Jersey. I can't believe, with how bad the Canucks have been at times over their history, that they have NEVER had the 1st overall. Really hoping we change that this year and snag a generational D to build the post Sedin era around.

-Vintage Canuck-
Honestly speaking, the Canucks have a very good chance of finishing last with the way things are going. They are currently on the longest losing streak with four and have one of the worst records in the last 10 games.

We finished dead last only once, and that was in 1971-72, but we picked third, because it was an expansion year with two new teams.
