As far as I'm aware: Anaheim's GM is at work, but is around. Arizona's GM is around. Boston's GM is in Australia as far as I'm aware, and the time zone may affect trade talks. Buffalo's GM is around. Carolina's GM has never been incredibly active, but I think they've also made their moves going forward. Jeez, that's a solid roster. Colorado's GM is coaching a wrestling tournament. Dallas' GM has been making trades. Detroit's GM has a crappy connection at the moment. Edmonton's GM is on his way to Saskatoon to celebrate his birthday. Florida's GM is around. LA's GM is intermittently online. Minnesota's GM is relatively active. Montreal's GM is relatively active, but also lives overseas IIRC. NYR's GM has been active, but is currently offline. Ottawa's GM is active. Philadelphia's GM has been online, but idk about right now. Pittsburgh's GM has never been around terribly much during the day. St. Louis' GM pays attention to messages, at the very least. San Jose's GM has definitely been active as of late. Vancouver's GM has been online today and responding to messages. Vegas' GM is around.
